Companies
The company order form, when properly completed and returned, will enable us to promptly register the proposed company with ASIC and to prepare the accompanying company register and constitution.
Our form is a multi-purpose form designed to streamline the company ordering process and make it easier for you.
By completing the order form and having it signed by the required parties, you will be satisfying the statutory requirements prior to incorporating the company as well as placing your order with us - so you don't need to obtain separate consent forms from officeholders, shareholders or registered office occupiers!
Discretionary trusts and unit trusts
Similarly, the proper completion and return of the discretionary or unit trust order forms will enable us to set up and settle (if required) the relevant trust deed.
Procedure
Once the order form has been completed and signed by the necessary parties, it should be faxed to our Brisbane office at (07) 3210 6599. All contact details are located at the top of the order form.
With companies, a company name search will be conducted. If the proposed name is unavailable, the alternative company name will automatically be used.
Any problems or issues that need to be discussed or clarified will be directed to the contact specified on the order form. To ensure efficiency of this service, the contact should be the person directly responsible for, or with intimate knowledge of, the relevant matter.
Payment options are provided at the bottom of the form. We can attend to the registration of the company once the completed form and payment has been received.
Once the trust has been created or registration of the company effected, the trust deed (2 copies) or the company register (including the constitution) will be sent by post, or couriered within Brisbane CBD, to the relevant contact.
With companies, a copy of the certificate of registration will be faxed to the relevant contact as soon as registration has occurred.
This service is designed so that, barring any problems, order forms received before 11am will be completed and documents dispatched on the same day. Order forms received after this time will normally be completed and documents dispatched by the next working day.
Fees
Our price list is as follows:
Proprietary company limited by shares - $928 including GST
Discretionary trust deed - $418 including GST
Unit trust deed - $528 including GST
These fees do not cover advice on the appropriateness of the relevant business structure to any situation. Similarly, they do not include any required customisations of our standard documents to suit particular situations. We are able to provide services in both those areas and can provide estimates of fees involved if those services are required. Fees are reviewed annually.
Other services
Our business entity products relate to the establishment of proprietary companies limited by shares only, and standard discretionary and unit trusts. We are also able to provide advice and assistance in the establishment of, and changes to, other types of business or other entities such as:
