Dan is an expert on the "law of the land" and is a litigation specialist.  After completing his articles in Brisbane he owned and operated a progressive rural based practice in Chinchilla, before merging with Clewett Corser & Drummond in 1999.  Dan is involved with a number of rural groups including being a director of Property Rights Australia.  He has been involved in a number of significant cases covering vegetation, forestry and planning and environment.  Dan has also conducted numerous high profile criminal matters including murder, manslaughter, trafficking and fraud matters.

His qualifications include Master of Laws from University of Queensland, Accredited Mediator by Queensland Law Society and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and of the High Court of Australia.  Dan is also a member of the Queensland Law Society Criminal Law Committee.
