Glen has worked mainly in corporate, property related and financial areas during his career which spans more than 25 years. Glen is the principal legal advisor to Heritage Building Society Limited particularly in respect of its corporate and commercial matters.  Whilst also advising to rural lenders, merchants and primary producers, Glen acts extensively for small business and individuals, assisting with acquisitions, sales and leasing, financing, structuring and succession issues.
He has also been admitted as a Solicitor in New South Wales and maintains credentials as a Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia and as a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. 

Outside the office, Glen is presently the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Toowoomba Grammar School as well as having served as Chairman of The Grammar Schools Association of Queensland Inc.  He is a member of the Sister Elizabeth Kenny Memorial Fund Inc which raises funds to assist the University of Southern Queensland with training of rural and remote area nurses and he acts as honorary solicitor for various service, sporting and cultural clubs and associations.
